The pack recommends 3 scoops per day where 1 scoop = 10 g. Read the printed label on your pouch before changing your intake.

Preparation, step by step

Measure the powder
Use the scoop in the pouch: 1 scoop = 10 g. Level it off rather than heaping.

Add water at the right ratio
15 g → 80 ml, 30 g → 160 ml, 45 g → 240 ml. Warm water mixes more smoothly.

Stir and use immediately
Stir until there are no lumps, then drink or add to your dish. Do not store prepared feed.
Storage instructions
- • Once the pouch is opened, contents should be used within 15 days.
- • Store in a dry place.
- • Do not refrigerate.
Add it to everyday food
- Protein porridge: Add 1–2 tbsp Nutratube to warm milk or water and sweeten with jaggery.
- Fruit smoothie: Blend with fruits, milk and a dash of honey.
- Protein rotis & parathas: Mix into flour to make protein-rich flatbreads.
- Vegetable soup boost: Mix into vegetable soups for added nutrition.
- Dosa & pancakes: Add to the batter for a wholesome twist.
